My ac did not want to turn on in afternoon around 4 pm. It is really stressful because I got 3 kids and a night without AC in Texas does not sound good at all. I contact them and asked them to come over same day if possible, and they did. Technician was here within 2 hours and took care of it immediately. I was afraid it was a bigger issue than it was but he assured me that I don’t need additional service. I will definitely use them for all my AC needs. There was no pressure, he was super nice. Air Patrol is an awesome company to deal with. They installed our new HVAC system at our office in 2020 and did a great job at a reasonable price. Great service! Dennis installed my AC, then my AC got damaged i dont know maybe some small nail or stone penetrated the rotor and made the damage to the condenser coil. Dennis replaced the entire condenser coil with the warranty and was super nice, helpful and knowledgable! Highly recommend him!

Before hiring Dennis to install new HVAC (Trane) at my 1976 built townhome, I talked to at least 10-12 HVAC places for estimates along with what exactly will help to keep my home cool within my budget. Most of these places were upselling stuff such as having me replace all the ducts (because they are “old”) or recommending cheap brands for over $10K!!!! My background is real estate/Chinese interpretation; I have zero knowledge about shopping for a HVAC system. Plus most places probably saw me as a easy target for ripoff! When I contacted Dennis, he was very professional/friendly/honest/not-pushy on selling me stuff. He answered all the questions I had (no guessing or lying). He truly knew what he was doing. Long story short, he came over and gave me a very detailed estimate September 2022. I was very impressed how Dennis put me on schedule for HVAC installation without a long wait time plus the price he offered was very reasonable! He and his team came out without a week. It took them a day to get everything installed. The entire crew took their time to test and monitor everything. Before they left, Dennis showed me how to flush the system when needed. I felt very confident to work with Dennis because he was very competent and he loved his work! Fast forward to now. My condo’s HVAC was in some trouble as the 2nd drain line had been dripping. My mom hired some subpar HVAC technician to install new system back in 2021. He told my mom it was fine to see water dripping! Oh my. Anyway, she moved out and I figured something must be off. I texted Dennis about this whole situation on and off for 2 weeks. He must have been busy. So I waited for him to come by yesterday morning! Per his findings, my mom’s incompetent technician messed up the drain pan installation along with the locations of the primary/secondary drains! Dennis also cleaned out the secondary drain pipe. It is all good now! I told him that I preferred to have his help again because I can trust him! I will always be his repeat customer! Please contact Dennis for any sort of HVAC help! You will be very pleased with the results! Highly recommended!

Dennis was very responsive to my initial call and questions - he provided very upfront pricing and was even available the next day for a full 3-ton Trane system install. Pricing was very competitive, being one of the lowest bids I was able to get. I believe they are able to achieve this pricing due to their efficiency- they arrived at 7:00 AM and were done before 1:00 PM with a 2 story house, including removing and taking away the old system. Their quick service probably allows them to do multiple jobs a day rather than one full day per job. They were not idle at all either, every moment was spent either working or taking very brief breaks. Not only that, but they were very careful in laying out large cloths to walk on and not dirty up floors. I went to sleep (night shift) and when I woke up I couldn't even tell that they were there other than the now cold air coming out of the vents. I haven't worked with them for maintenance, but I will edit this review if there's problems with upkeep or longevity. Otherwise, I would love to work with Air Patrol again in the future for my home HVAC needs.

These guys are awesome. I had them install a brand new inside and outside unit in my house. Not only were they the cheapest that I could find using the same equipment, they were extremely professional and fast. I recently had an issue that I thought was the AC, so I called them and they immediately came out. The issue ended up not being their fault, it was a problem on my end with the disconnect blowing a fuse after a storm. Not only did they replace the disconnect, they tried not to charge me for the call out and the work even though it was not their fault. Being the type of person that I am I could not let them come out and not pay, so that was on me. Even though they refuse to not take money I insisted because they're stand-up people. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for a new install or maintenance work. One more note about this company. After they replace the disconnect, they stayed here for another hour making sure that everything was in tip top shape before they left. I've had brand new units installed in my other houses, and I've never had this quality of service from the big-name people. Again I would recommend them to anybody wanting a new unit installed without a doubt.
